We’ve designed our coaching to be your personal weekly guide to steady improvement and to push you toward your goals more effectively. Go! One-On-One Coaching

Ready to take it to the next level?  Let us coach you with our fully customized one-on-one coaching plan based on your goals, needs and lifestyle. This is a month-to-month program with highly detailed weekly plans delivered via the ‘Final Surge’ application. You’ll receive a weekly email explaining the focus for the week, and you’ll have full communication with your coach via the app.

Getting Started: After the call, if you’re confident we can help,  you’ll receive a link to set up your payment, and we’ll get started on creating a unique plan just for you and your goal. This plan is $150/month, with a 3 month minimum commitment.

Go! Time: A few days later, you’ll receive your training plan and if needed another 30 minute call to go over the details in your plan.

Go! Goal Race Training

If you prefer to be your own coach each day, let us help you with this customized one-time race plan based on your goals and previous experience. This is a 12-24 week detailed plan designed for a specific race that’s delivered to you in a single document. During your training plan you’ll have full access to your coach via email and two progress check phone calls during the plan.

Go! Group Training

Group virtual training for your next big race

If you’ve signed up for a major marathon and want some specific training, join one of our virtual training groups designed around the dates for major marathons, such as New York or Boston. We develop a program based on the specific event and time of year. The group members will adapt their mileage and pace to suit their needs and experience level. This is a 16 week plan with training regimens delivered weekly. It includes a live, interactive video each Monday to explain the focus of the week’s training. You have permanent access to all training materials after the training session ends. As we add group training races, they will be listed here.  If you are interested in upcoming group race training, subscribe to our newsletter.

Go! High School

High School supplemental off-season training

For those dedicated high school runners who want more specific training in the summer or winter breaks – or both!

These unique training programs are specifically designed for high school track or cross country runners who want to step up their training between seasons, and crush the next season.

For cross-country (June, July and August) we focus on building mileage responsibly and add in strength workouts to prepare for the season. For track (during November and December) we build power and speed on top of the strength developed during the cross-country season. This program can be extended beyond the high school season to train for and race some of the great post season meets like Music City Distance Carnival or the New Balance Nationals series.

The Coach: Gary Taylor (see bio) coached high school track and cross country for 14 years. His athletes won state championships, set state records, and 23 boys and girls moved on to race for colleges. Gary learned a lot of his methods directly from the legendary Arkansas coach, John McDonnell.

High School Supplemental Coaching – $120/month (for any or all June/July/Aug or Nov/Dec/Jan)

Training - High School
