Resolution 2 Run – A 100-Day Running Streak from Jan 1st to April 10th
Together, lets commit to a healthy lifestyle and help others do the same. For the next 100 days, commit alongside us to get out and run or walk 1 mile – or more – every day.
Get a little motivation, ask a friend to join you, post your progress, …… anything to help keep your 100-day streak alive. It’s well known that habits can take 3 months to really become a part of your life, so let’s help each other push through that with a Resolution2Run.
